Grr...I hate technology, and its...fastness!

So Geoff rings me up the other day to tell me he's thinking of buying a new iPod. I go "Cool," thinking yeah, its the same one I got a couple of weeks ago. Wrong.

Apparently, Apple have decided to release new iPods across their whole range, the Shuffle, cooler Nanos, and new Video iPods. The new video iPods have 60% brighter screens and 75% more battery life, argh!!!! And, to some extent my fault for not checking on the internet. THOUGH! I did check on the Apple site before I bought my one just to make sure no new developments were occurring. Geoff told me I need to look at unofficial sites to find out this information. STINGY MONGRELS of Apple! At least advertise and tell uS! Anyway, I'm still fully happy with my iPod, but I would've waited if I'd known.

Anyway, some funky, useless new features have been added to my Japanese life. One, I've got an extra layer of futon...which is starting to make quite a difference :). Um, I have removed the posters I put up on my cupboard. Sadly/pathetically, they were advertising material...I won't go any further. I'm gonna see the little kiddies tomorrow, so check back soon. And I've been listening to a lot of Jamiroquai recently. Black Devil Car is a crazy, awesome song. Here. And also another favourite of mine, but isn't new, Tommy Lee - Good Times. Here.

Blog to you soon.

UPdate

Hey all.
Some things I've come across that are pretty cool.
Blogmusik.net is a site I stumbled upon. Apparently, you can download music from there, but I haven't really worked it out yet.
www.Pandora.com is a site I might have mentioned before, but its great, let's you find different artists or songs with similarities to the type of music you know and love so its great for expanding your musical horizons, or just listening to something different.

Anyway, the kindergarten I work at is having some sports festival this coming Saturday morning, so I'm switching my work time to late so I can attend. AND THAT WAY...I might be able to take some photos since I won't really be working, and I'll be able to show you the CUTEST kids in the world. Pretty cool. What's not cool is the 8 hours of work I have to go through after that. But its worth it.

P.S. Congrats Will, on getting that new job!
