Kamakura, Tsukiji (Fish Market)...
Just photos. Except I should say that we (Janice and I) nearly died while walking around Kamakura. Oh, yes. Janice arrived on the 12th. Here is Kamakura first, on the 13th, Thursday...
Ok, now here's the fotos of the fish market, and some of Ginza. Can I just say, it's really hard waking up at 5:30am!
The last photo is great...indicative of the kind of weather we were facing, hahahaha! The walk around Ginza was a bit unbearable in the morning; it was boiling hot. We went to this place called Daiwa Sushi, which is considered (by the Lonely Planet!) to be one of the best places to eat sushi, therefore, in the world! Was pretty tasty. Then after all that we went to Kabuki-za (theatre). I slept. I was shacked, and Janice whispered some translations to me because she hired the translation kit. It was a long 1 hour and 45 minutes. After that we walked around for a while, enduring the heat and the walking. We visited some funny small galleries, which were a welcome retreat from the heat. Finally, and this is around 2:30pm (we'd been up and out since 6:00am, it was a weird feeling, being out for so long but only just through the middle of the day), we went to the Sony Building, with all its cool gadgets. Stayed there for a while, then carted back. It's all over. Napped. And now here in front of the computer.
