Random ramblings...yakitori, new music

Ok, I haven't posted for a while. Chalk it back down to laziness.

But a couple of things have happened. I met with Naoko, Ewlee's friend that she met in India. Really cool girl, went out to dinner with her and Wei for Wei's last day in the land of the rising sun. I kinda wish I was going back instead of her....hehehe. Anyway, dinner IS WORTH mentioning. We went to a yakitori restaurant (skewers/satays: yakitori). This place specialised in chicken so we ate pretty much all different parts of the chicken. I can't remember everything, but here's what we ate:
1. Heart - tastes just like chicken, except a little bit chewier.
2. Cartilage (they say bones) - extremely crunchy, weird. If you eat the cartilage off KFC (like my bro), then this'd be awesome, was salty, but a bit too crunchy for my taste.
3. Raw chicken - now GET THIS! Raw chicken is weird eh, but we ate it with seaweed and wasabi and guess what? It tastes just like sashimi. How strange...
4. Chicken rib - finally! Something normal.
5. Leg (ashi) and leek - ok, nothing wrong with that.
6. Liver - this has a really powdery taste, the WORST of 'em all!
7. Kidney - surprisingly, tasted great, just like the normal parts of chicken but a little chewy, just like the heart
8. Neck (kubi) - great and salty!
9. ?? There was something here...

More recently, my roommate Simon broke his ankle (I think!?) when he was exercising/running. The thing that sucks for him is that he's on his paid holidays with his cousin right now. So this a really unlucky turn. But he reckons its great because he's not gonna lose money by not going to work. I guess that's one way of looking at it. It was quite a commotion though to get the ambulance here, hahaha. Coz no car. So I took the whole ordeal of him being taken to the ambulance. We were quite excited...the greatest thing to happen in 7 months!
By the way, the ones on the couch are Joash (left, and roommate) from Newcastle, and Bruce (from Queensland, great guy I work with in Tsunashima).

Ok, onto the music. I have found an awesome site (www.maxalbums.com). They put out stuff EVERY day, but its not always new music. There's only one new album that I haven't been able to get. But so I've downloaded heaps. Let me recommend some :)
Frankie J - Priceless (5-star song: Still)
P Diddy - Press Play
Tamia - Between Friends
John Legend - Once Again
Shayne Ward - Shayne Ward
Sammie - Sammie
Mario Vazquez - Mario Vazquez (AWESOME...American Idol contestant)
Lloyd Banks - Rotten Apple
JoJo - The High Road

There's so much new music I've been listening to, it's insane. Oh, someone tell me, is London Bridge by Fergie getting heaps of radioplay? Because its such a heavy beat song, I'm sure it'll rock the clubs like Gwen Stefani's banana song.

Ok, last question. I need help deciding this.
My friend asked me if I could wait with him in line to buy a PS3. He works for IGN (game review company) and they need 3 PS3s. Anyway, he's offered $100 for my services, BUT! I have to wait all Friday day (my day off) till Saturday when they go on sale...though I'll be working on Saturday. I'm tempted to, just so I can say I bought a PS3 on the VERY first day! But not for myself :(:(...WHAT DO I DO!? Tell me please, replies are most welcome :)

Do you have to stay the night in the line???? Doesn't really sound like its worth the $$ if you have to. But if you did, you should put the $100 into buying a set too... hehe. It's not worth it to just bask in relfected glory.

unfortunately, one person can only buy one, there's no buying two...that's why so many people are gonna be lining up.
